San Sebastian International Film Festival 2012
The San Sebastian Internatinal Film Festival opened yesterday, celebrating its 60th anniversary.
The festival has established itself as the most important in Spain and the Spanish speaking world, and has a long history of being attended by famous names of English language cinema; this year's festivities are being attended by John Travolta, Oliver Stone and Catherine Deneuve.
Among the Spanish speaking will be the Spanish actress Marisa Paredes and the Mexican director Benicio del Toro.
The Spanish entries today will include:
- El Muerto y Ser Feliz
- BlancanievesA Spanish version of Snow White
- Miel de Naranjas
- Grupo 7
- Chispa de la Vida
